For the Publishing Industry, Allen has served as an International Consultant to large publishing firms, including, Ingram Book Company, John Wiley, YMAA Publications Center, and has gained global success for many New York Times International bestsellers, including Joe Vitale, co-author of The Secret, and James Redfield, author of International Bestseller The Celestine Prophecy.

For the Consumer Packaged Goods Industry, Allen has first began working on operational development, go-to-market strategies and on due diligence directly Nestlé executive Denise Morrison (currently CEO for Campbell's Soup) for Nestlé Quik, Crunch and Cookie Dough. Allen began in 1990 and serves as a Chief Strategy Consultant to the company for ready-to-drink products, special markets and on global marketing strategy for the Americas, Asia & Australia, and Europe.

Linda Meller is is an elite Assistant with 23 years’ experience of providing intelligent and proficient support to executives. She has experience in running and maintaining datarooms, managing closing documentation and meeting development for corporate finance deals as well as for mergers & acquisitions for clients of AECG.

Linda brings a strong desire to help entrepreneurs and executives from all types of businesses achieve their business goals. She has successfully worked with seven and eight figure businesses bringing with her the gained experience, dedication, efficiency, personality and the discipline that one must possess to provide exceptional service at this level.

Mr. Jeffrey Hamilton, MBA, is President of AECG's International Leadership Team and AECG's Private Equity Management Committee. Jeffrey worked at specialist for international investment banks where he focused on mid-market M&A advisory, restructuring activities and as a executive in raising capital from investors.

Jeffrey served as a global consultant to a hedge fund and a Futures Company, which specialized in training executives throughout the European Community on the Options Market.

Jeffrey is from the Boston area and derived his first experiences in business from working for his families international freight forwarding business. Jeffery became an Owner of two international firms, Global Operations Consultants and Global Freight Logistics.

Ms. Jillian Thomas, M.S., is Director of AECG's international markets practice and has extensive case work and industry experience in covering finance and the international financial markets value chain.

Jillian has worked in corporate finance on international transactions for clients such as Chase Bank, GE Capital and and Merrill Lynch. After almost a decade in Private Equity, she transitioned into strategy consulting for Citigroup, Royal Bank of Canada, and HSBC North American Holdings Inc.

Jillian is currently overseeing our emerging market area. In addition, she works on fund strategy services, portfolio company financial management and exit planning client offerings.

Mr. Vance Morgan, is a Managing Director for AECG Global Clients Group. He originates structures and provides advice on M&A, finance, and direct investments. Vance is a valuation professional and formerly with the Bourg & Tessler Group.

Vance has consulted with  Fortune 1000 clients for PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC).

Prior to AECG, Vance has worked with Private Equity companies on valuations and performance management for portfolio companies.

Mr. Steven Covert, CPA, PA joined AECG as Chief Financial Officer in 2011, overseeing financial management as well as legal contracts for the company.

Steve has chaired a Special Appeal Hearing Panel for ISSAC, an international business association established in 1998.

As a former litigation attorney, Steve has over 22 years additional experience as a Certified Public Accountant, specializing in tax-law practice.

Jonathan manages special projects and drives research analytics for AECG clients. He is well versed in CRM, and digital marketing platforms and technologies that drive back-end value for AECG clients.

With over 15 years of experience as a technology consultant, in operational management and marketing consulting, Jonathan has a passion and rare talent for finding the right combination of business building, marketing and technical elements to create growth for our clients.

Jonathan helps clients across the entire value-creation spectrum from strategy, to global digital advertising program expansion, including content management, determining the right go-to-market strategy and new product development.

Jennifer works on valuation research and due diligence to provide research and reporting on technology, customers, legislation, transactional impacts, and new emerging market impacts on market and client-side business potential.

For AECG, Jennifer handles financial due diligence required by clients, investors groups, and our team for completing portfolio and company analysis to determine company valuations, projecting market conditions, for operational analysis, competitive analysis and to support exit planning services.

In addition, Jennifer provides commercial due diligence, deal de-risking, and in constructing investment plans for pre- and post transaction clients.

Staci manages special digital assets and programming projects for AECG's API and other client interfaces.

Staci manages applications and SQL programming for AECG and for building client performance control panels for fully automating reporting.

Staci enjoys off-road biking and hiking. She completed her first triathlon in Tampa, FL in 2015 and participates in mud runs. She is a former intern for PMSA.
